1. Overview

This website is operated by Wagoo ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wagoo. By visiting wagooshop.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including the additional terms and policies referenced here and available by hyperlink — our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country to use this site or make a purchase. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are charged in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer, to refuse or cancel any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or to cancel orders, at any time without prior notice — including after you have submitted an order. If an order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we do not store or have access to your full card details. By providing payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Promotions and discounts

Bundle prices, automatic discounts, and promotional offers apply only while displayed and may be modified or ended at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

8. Product use and safety

Our products are pet accessories, not medical or veterinary devices. Use them as intended and supervise your pet while in use. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to the product instructions.

9. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including a valid email address and shipping address, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.

10. Third-party services and links

Our site may include content, products, or links from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. Please review their policies before engaging with them.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Customer comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them without restriction or obligation to compensate you. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

13. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except where prohibited by law, and except for the guarantees expressly given in our Refund & Return Policy, our products and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wagoo and its team from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our site. We may terminate access for any user who we believe has breached them. Obligations incurred before termination — including payment for orders already placed — survive termination.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, where our business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
